Virtual Shopping Companion Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled Virtual Shopping Companion session. You may cancel online [email protected]. If you have to cancel your session, we offer you a credit, if you cancel before the 24 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future session, based on availability. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the Virtual Shopping Companion session. Cancellations for shop same day reservations receive credit only.
Membership Closet Cancellation Policy:
Membership Closet monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly Membership Closet subscription at anytime after you are billed for the then-current month and before you are billed for the next month, by logging into your account, clicking on “Settings” and following the cancellation procedures or by emailing us using this link [email protected]. If you cancel your monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
Seller Return Policy:
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of WEAR THIS. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to WEAR THIS’s, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. To view the seller’s return policy, once you’ve ordered, you can select your order in “My Orders”.
Third party sellers are required to provide a return address within the United States, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. Return shipping methods are to be arranged directly between the designer and shopper on a per-case basis.
